Power-MagQuality Control

R. & D. Design
We begin Quality Control right from the design stage. A well-designed product not only produces the best quality, it also ensures cost effectiveness. After the design is completed and approved by qualified individuals, R&D releases the drawings and specifications to manufacturing.

Manufacturing
After receiving drawings and winding specifications from R&D, manufacturing performs the following tasks:

  1. Process Capacity Analysis:
Manufacturing produces a few sample units to flush-out possible process difficulties. Improvement suggestions are then passed back to R&D for refinement.
  2. Sampling:
Once R&D implements any suggested improvements, Manufacturing produces 30 ample unites. These units undergo Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis to ensure they meet the customer's specifications. Our goal in process control is 6 sigma (CPK=2).

Production
After completion of the above procedures, mass-production scheduling takes place.
